The Chatham-Kent Daily Post has been created to serve as a platform through which information can be shared within our communities. In line with the true nature of the web, we feel that information should be freely available and that every person should have an opportunity to be heard.

That is why we offer an open invitation for anyone with non commercial information, or opinions that they feel are relevant to the people of Chatham-Kent to submit their info to us for consideration. To submit your information, please email us at: submission@ckdp.ca.

Although we will do our best to include everyone, there may be cases where a submission will not be posted to this site. If you submit a piece and it is not published on or around your requested date, and you have not heard from us, you may request an explanation by emailing us here: appeals@ckdp.ca. (Please do not phone us for an explanation.) We will usually provide you with one, but for the record, we still reserve the right to refuse any submission without reason or explanation.

Please do not submit the following :

• Information that is primarily commercial in nature. If you are running a promotion for your business, or having a sale, we have several excellent advertising opportunities available. Please call 627-0007 for details.
• Information that has little relevance to our readers. If you are unsure, please submit and we’ll consider it.
