Maple City Mile running clinic coming to Dresden

A running clinic is coming to Dresden today, in preparations for the Maple City Mile.

An initiative started by Doug Robbins, the Maple City Mile is a race taking place on September 3rd, in support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

The goal of the event is to promote an active lifestyle, all while raising funds for lifesaving research, health education and advocacy.

Various clinics will be held throughout Chatham-Kent leading up to the event.

The clinic in Dresden tomorrow starts at 7 p.m., and it takes off from Lambton-Kent Composite School.
