Police Holding a Scene in Wallaceburg

Chatham-Kent Police are holding a scene at 159 Margaret Ave. in Wallaceburg, but they’re remaining tight-lipped about why.

CKDP contacted the home, but the resident declined to comment.

Sergeant Mike Domony of the Chatham-Kent Police says he thinks there have been some bones found on the property, but will have an update soon.

Police have reportedly been on scene since yesterday at 3PM.

A source told CKDP staff that something suspicious was found in the ground near the home when some digging was being done during construction on a garage at the residence.
