Chatham-Kent is for Young People – What Do YOU Think?

SHARE :

Chatham-Kent values its young people and recognizes their significance as contributors to our communities and economy. In order to identify their individual ideas, needs and opinions, the Municipality of Chatham-Kent has released an online survey for young people (15-39 years of age). We want to build a stronger and more sustainable Chatham-Kent, and we want YOU to be part of it.

A Vision for our Young People

Young people energize Chatham-Kent through innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, spirit, and activism. The Municipality understands this and wants to actively improve the attraction and retention of young people. The Chatham-Kent Survey of Young People (15–39) is just one initiative that will help us understand how to better support young people so that they may build careers, raise families, enjoy life, and accomplish their goals here.

Survey Goals and Objectives

The Chatham-Kent Survey of Young People is designed for respondents between the ages of 15 and 39, and will be available from Friday, June 1 to Saturday, June 30, 2012. Click here to access the survey.

Responses will help us understand the perceptions of this age group, and identify the elements that make Chatham-Kent a great place to live and those that we can improve. The survey results and other research findings will be used to develop a strategy that addresses the identified pros and cons of Chatham-Kent. We hope all eligible participants will take five minutes to complete this short survey.

This is a chance for Chatham-Kent’s young people to express their opinions and contribute towards building a Chatham-Kent that reflects their needs and interests.

If you are between the age of 15 and 39, please complete our survey and share the survey link with eligible participants:
