A Chatham man was arrested last night in connection with a robbery.
At about 9:00 p.m. last night, two men and a woman met a residence on Thames Street. While at the residence a physical altercation took place between the men. During the altercation, the woman called police and then attempted to intervene.
In doing so, she was stabbed in the leg.
Officers attended the residence and arrested all three people.
An 18-year woman and 18-year-old man were later released without charges.
The woman suffered minor injuries and the man was not injured.
A 22-year-old Chatham man has been arrested and charged with robbery, assault with a weapon, and weapons dangerous.
Police have seized the residence pending a search warrant execution.
