At about 4:20 p.m. yesterday, emergency crews attended the intersection of Grand Avenue West and Keil Drive in Chatham in response to a collision involving three vehicles. The investigation revealed that a driver failed to stop for a red light causing a collision. Paramedics attended to assess young children involved in the collision. No serious injuries were reported and the damage has been estimated at $25,000. All three vehicles were towed from the scene. The 46-year-old Tilbury man has been charged with failing to stop for a red light.
