Union Gas holding ‘buzz off’ event for cancer

On June 9, Union Gas will host a BUZZ OFF Cancer event to announce the results of the fourth annual fundraising campaign in support of the Canadian Cancer Society.

Five Union Gas employees have volunteered to have their heads shaved if this year’s $55,000 fundraising goal is met. Julie Dill, President of Union Gas, will join the BUZZ OFF Committee to announce the results. Barbers will be standing by with clippers in the hope that enough money has been raised!

Cindy Vinall, Manager of the Chatham-Kent Unit of the Canadian Cancer Society, will also join the event to make a very special presentation.

Event details:

  • June 9, 2011 – 1-2 p.m.
  • Union Gas – 50 Keil Drive North – Chatham, ON
  • The event will be held in the company cafeteria on the second floor
  • Check in at the front lobby.
