Blenheim Relay for Life a huge success

This year for the first time in Chatham Kent there will be 3 Relay for Life events.  Chatham, Wallaceburg, and Blenheim (which was held this past weekend)

Cindy Vinal the Manager of the Chatham Kent Unit for the Canadian Cancer Society says ” 22 teams, 47 survivors, and 801 luminaries were lit during the event.”

“We’re extremly happy with the turnout”  The two other Relays will take place in Chatham June 17th, and in Wallaceburg June 24th.

This years event in Blenheim raised more than $86,000.
