The Dresden & District Horticultural Society presents “Getting Fit for Gardening” with Sandra Maltby-Mills. Sandra Maltby-Mills is the owner of Let’s Get Fit Centre for Healthy Living in Dresden and is a certified CanFitPro. The workshop takes place on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 7:00 PM at Trinity Christian Centre in Dresden.

Participants are asked to bring a mat or towel and wear loose fitting clothing. There is no cost for this workshop if you have a Dresden Horticultural Society membership. Memberships can be purchased for $5.00 on the 24th and entitles the bearer to many discounts at local garden centres and FREE admittance to most Dresden Horticultural Society workshops.
