The Wheatley Sharks hing on to a 5-2 win on Saturday night in Kingsville against the Flyers.

The Sharks picked up two goals from Shawn Quigley and singles from Craig Adamson, Josh Carnevale and Patrick Lauzon.

Wheatley goalie Conner MacKinnon made 30 saves for the win.

Wheatley (10-13-1) will host Belle River on Monday.

Mooretown 5, Blenheim 4

The Blenheim Blades were down 3-0 early on Saturday night against the Mooretown Flags, and couldn’t quite come all the way back in a 5-4 loss.

Blenheim got two goals from Taylor Phillips and singles from Tyler Milanovic and Thomas Innes.

Goalie Dylan Vanderpol made 29 saves in the loss.

Blenheim (5-19-0)will host Belle River tonight (Dec. 6). The puck drops at 7:15 p.m.
